on my way up to class today, i was all of a sudden bombarded by *snowballs*. apparently it snowed a lot last night up above campus, and the techies took the truck up there and filled 3 of 4 garbage cans with snow and brought them back. so, at the age of 22, i finally got be in my first snowball fight. ;-)

finally came up with a new design. after 2 solid hours of work, most of it is done, but i still have a few big chunks to finish. maybe i'll finish it tonight, maybe not. we'll see.

have you ever heard a song so bad that you just can't turn it off? well, the new dave matthews band song is one of those. it's like a train wreck... you just can't turn away (maybe this explains why i know all the words). the melody is weird, there is no obvious pattern, the lyrics are strange... i just don't get it. it's so dissapointing, because even though i'm not a huge fan, i do like a lot of their stuff, and i know they could do so much better.

so, last night i went

so, last night i went to see moe. at the catalyst. man, these guys rock. i was even a little freaked out about going alone, but it was so worth it. it was weird, about halfway through the first set, i realized i was standing behind a girl i went to high school with. a few minutes later, i could tell she recognized me too, but we were only aquaintances back then, so we didn't talk to each other. it's bizzare, i see this girl at all kinds of shows.... anyway, the show was great. if moe. comes to your town, go see them! you'll thank me later!

i'm so annoyed - i had this great layout idea and it was gonna be all pretty and everything but i can't get the headers to look decent... in fact, they all looked like shit so i had to scrap it. blech. maybe i'll just go watch x-files instead.

YAY! i just got home

YAY! i just got home from school, where i was doing my senior presentation... and it went pretty good!! i am just so glad it's finally over. look for a redesign in the near future - i have a little down time now and i'm sick of this design.

so, i'm talking with a friend up on campus, and whaddyaknow? turns out she also had a crush on loser boy but is now dating someone who happens to be loser boy's roomate. we had a nice long talk. with lots of laughing. it's so nice to know that he acts like a freak all the time and it wasn't some weird anomaly back in november. after all, all i had to go on was everyone telling me how nice he is... but it will be nice to have someone to laugh at him in class with. ;-) i know. evil evil.
