From Facebook:

It's official! After lots of paperwork, about 400 bucks, and a few months of waiting, I'm officially a dual US/Irish Citizen!
Since my grandparents were born there, I qualified for citizenship through the foreign birth registry. I figured it was a cool way to honor my Irish heritage, and all the benefits of being a EU citizen are a nice bonus! :-)
Now, counting down to our trip in 2016...

From Facebook:

25 years ago, I was 10 years old and in the 4th grade. The Giants were in the 1989 World Series, so I was a Giants Fan for Halloween! (Can't find a photo of it though).
This year seemed like the perfect time to repeat that costume!

From Facebook:

Public Service Announcement: if you are upset about certain current world events, please DO NOT call your local synagogue and complain to the receptionist! Thank you!

Lexi B: why not? she's the one in charge of everything!!!

Me:  Yes, she has personal connections to world leaders and can make one call to change policy! She should do that already!!! 😛

Lexi Baker: why else would the synagogue have hired her?

Stephanie G: why not? Who better to solve the worlds problems?

Mark S: Tell them to write another version of the Bible, one where God did not choose Isaac but the other son Abraham had with the slave. Then publish it and send it right over there.

Gabriele S: OK, I won't call...but can I email the receptionist and pour out my heart in anger? 🙂

Cynthia B: Boo. People stink sometimes.

Liz T: wow, maybe you should get hazard pay
