PocketMod is a free, disposable personal organizer. You can even decide what you want on each page, and make it different every time you make one. i'm constantly using scratch paper to make lists and notes, then washing that scratch paper in the pockets of my pants, so as long as i can get in the habit of dropping this little thing in my purse, I'll be good to go! ;-)
